    Wanted Kona A'ha Hot or Humu (Humuhumunukunukuapua'a) 1995 - 1998

So little of them about and in such demand due to the Klunker thing that it's a seller's market - you just got to hope to get lucky! (I better not tell you mine was £40 at my local recycling centre then!)

Anyone got any ideas what this is? Looks early 90s judging by the splatter paint but the stickers are an afterthought... XT Group etc so well specced... Frame number starts: M9KTxxxxx Any help much appreciated...

    Cannondale Alpine Series Bike...

I think you hit the nail on the head - looks like a 1988 SM700 - great condition as I didn't think it was that old!! Still got its Cannondale computer and toe straps in place! Many thanks!

    Kona Cruiser "Klunker" Project...

Just pulled this mid 90's Kona Cruiser out of storage to use as a bit of a 'Klunker-meets-Cruiser BMX' build... Got some old school 26" BMX forks, Nitto braced cruiser bars and a sprung Honey Brooks to start with... That's got to be the longest name frame transfer btw!

    Trackers

Indeed - back then it was 'whatever worked' and had an inflated tyre on it!

    Trackers

Here's old old 'Tracker' I've just acquired from an old chap in my village - built in the early 70s with the 'must-have' cowhorn handlebars, brooks and cycle speedway rear 26" knobbly... I'm going to leave it exactly as it is...

    Carlton Frame ID Help Needed!

Thanks Spokesmann - no numbers on the drop-outs - just the the Zeus stampings front and rear. Wow, that's pretty! Wish mine was like that buy one day possibly? Cheers, Marty.

    Carlton Frame ID Help Needed!

Hi All, Got given a well made but tatty Carlton frameset tonight and have a little difficulty identifying it... Frame/fork number is 128226 and had chrome lugs, half chrome stays and forks and looks like it was Green with possibly an Orange head-tube - any ideas? Will add a few more pics...

    Carlton 10 (Ten)

That's great - looks like even the PVC bar tape and pump are original. Thanks for that. Marty.
