My friend just bought this bike, it would be nice to identify it. Frame is chromed under paint. Seatpost measures 27mm. Frame weights about 2300g. I've bought frameset with identical lugs and this triangle symbol and it was Minerva. To me it looks like a really nice, high quality frame. Any ideas?
