Does anyone know the original process that logos are applied to saddles, tyres and chainstay protectors by manufacturer?

Hi, I have some Kona catalogues to sell but after a rough idea on what they're worth: 91,93,94,95,96,99,00,01,04,06,07,08,09 I also have some early Kona retail price lists from 91,92 and 95 and some Kona World newsletters which I must photograph for the archive before I let go.
