Here is my new bike a 2009 GT i-drive 5 XCR.. Havent rode it yet, will do at the weekend. Just fitted the bar ends and a computer. Future plans are XT/XTR front and rear mech's, bigger rota's and maybe a bit of carbon !!!

I have a bottom bracket that does not want to part with my frame, ive got the chainset side out with the proper BB tool and the other side is soaking in WD40, it just wont budge any ideas on how i can part the two please ?

I have an outer cable end cap stuck in my frame any idea's on how to remove it, there's about 2mm showing so not enough to get some pliers on it to pull it free.
