For my PACE f5, I need to shim a 25mm USE post to fit the 29.4mm Seatpost, does anyone have one?

While I think I know the answer, please bare with me…. I recently purchased an F5, which came with new (Modus h510xx) headset fitted and I can only assume (based on measurements and research on frame specs) that it’s a 1” aheadset. However, the RC35 MXCD’s I’ve got for it have a 1 1/8”...

Help needed undoing this…..WD40 and brute force isn’t doing much. Hub needs servicing (m737 rear) but can’t budge the lockring, much corrosion as you can see. Thoughts on undoing this, is heat the next option? If no good, I “may” have to angle grind the outer lock ring off……hopefully not.

Finally managed to reproduce (3D printer) some dust caps, what do you think? I’m working on some m900 ones next. Photos show repro and original side by side, then one shot of each…can you spot the difference lol.

pivot bolt dust cover/washers x4, rare as rocking horse poop though, does anyone have any spare??! Also, I’m after 1 set of brake pad arm clamp bolts, it transpires that my complete set of m900 canti brakes are not “complete” after all.
