Hi. I tried to skimp and foolishly bought a cheap air shock to replace the Fox 4R on my Kona Sex Three as nobody wants to know about servicing it - or indeed the slightly later 5R that I ran with for ages. However, the cheap purchase has raised some questions that I hope you can help...

Mainly wanting the grips that do the gear changing as current ones are slipping a bit. Please anyone.

Have taken a punt on a pair of these off ebay. Am I right in thinking they are circa 1996 and manufactured by Trek? Also are they 8 speed cassette compatible.? Hope so - as bought them now. Buy now - research later...the number of times I do that - lol :roll:
