Poor old thing, but 1 1/4" by the looks of it steerer piques interest. Orange? Fairly skinny rear stays. Hope etc stickers on it. What's the stem though - has a slanted top to it and distinctive look from the front? Steel forks...most of it looks low rent but you never know as I'm no Orange...
