    Looking for 90s steel frame that will take wide tyres

    Size something like 18"-20". Would like to use 2.25" or possibly even up to 2.5" tyres but I know there are not many 90s MTBs that will handle that. Need rack (and preferably mudguard) fittings too. Lighter than average and nice tubing would both be nice! Obviously serious rust or cracks not...
