ok,i have ,'a few bikes' that need looking at. do i strip the paintwork and respray with fresh cables etc? or do i keep the paint work with all the patina,scratches,'; history n stuff and replace the cables,re-grease n stuff advise me please!

i have a couple of perv's,both fetish's which i cant find any info on. one of them is a full 4130 chromoly frame but in a raw finish. The crank is a 3 part job and is etched perv on the arms. the seat post clamp is also perv it only came with one wheel(ebay buy)which also has a perv branded...
