This is just described as 'steel frame', it's kinda obvious it's a pukka Chas Roberts, but I'm not sure it's an 853 or a 953. The rear stays where the metal is exposed is definitely not chromed, so I'm thinking towards 953. I have these limited photos to go on. There is no tubing decal anywhere...
