Despite my best efforts to avoid doing it, I've crossthreaded the adjustable pre-load adjuster Knob on some Rockshox Tora 302 SL's. They are available as part of a kit for £30 ish but that's a good chunk of what the forks are worth. Does anyone have one at all? Cheers, Stu

I have a pair of grey 7 speed Rigida Laser 400 rims on silver LX hubs (M560), 1993 ish. In good condition, a bit of spoke corrosion and could do with clean and a service and a bit of a true but run nice and smooth. £35 posted (tyres not included)

Whilst changing the bearings in my RTS rocker, two of the races got left behind and are proving are nightmare to remove. I got one of them out using heat and knocking out from the other side but the other is well and truly stuck. Anyone any ideas?
