    1995 Orange Vit T2 19" complete bike ** SOLD **

I bought this new in 1995 (from 2XS in West Wittering) but would now like to sell it. Up until last year was my only bike but wasn't ridden for many years after purchase (house, family etc took priority). When I returned to riding a few years ago I replaced most parts with quality modern...

N.O.S. 1" Threaded Headset (XT or better)

I'm after a new 1" MTB threaded headset. Does anyone have one lurking or has anyone seen one sitting the cabinet of your local bike shop? Thanks in advance :)

    Chainstay chain anti-slap pulley thingy!

In the mid 1990s I had a little add-on chain pulley that clamped onto the chainstay just behind the chainrings. It did a wonderful job of keeping the clanging chain at bay during bumpy descents. I took it off the bike years ago for cosmetic reasons (it was anodised pink) but now miss it...

How do you insure a retro bike?

Hi, new to the site and have found it fascinating reading. I've had my Orange Vit T2 with Pace RC35 forks since new (April 1995) and, despite being ridden off road regularly, it's still immaculate. Am generally interested in how you know what a bike might be worth for insurance...
