Hi all. As I undid the Nds plastic cup it must have seized onto the bb as it pulled out the body,leaving the ds cup in the frame Short of destroying it how can I remove the plastic cup? The bb is smooth as silk so I don't want to right it off just yet! Thanks Kes

Hi all.dont know what year the frame is but it's true Temper and 11/8 headtube. I actually measured the id with some digital callipers and it came up as 30.37!? If you can't tell from the photo it's covered with thin black splatters Thanks for any help Kes

Hi alll. Ive just found a pair of the widest version of Smokes! 95% of tread left but absolutely thick with black aluminium oxide. Is it just a case of soapy water and elbow grease or is there a better way of cleaning them? Posted them in what's it worth thread as I will be selling them. Thanks Kes
