My rebuild of a 1978 Koga Miyata Road Speed is nearing completion, but I've hit a bit of a brick wall. Does anyone have any tips on how to cable up the shifter with the derailleurs? I can see the cable routing on the shifters and the holes for where the cables are meant to sit, but I can't work...

For a Koga Miyata rebuild (see pic). Preferably UK based if possible. Am trying to get as close to original spec as possible. Thanks
