As above vgc very small mark on stem and some light marks where clamp was levered open. The stem is 100mm c to c ,1 1/8" and pewter. £40 posted within UK, ask for price for international. Photos will be added tonight.

Just found the above frame with stx headset and Royce Ti bottom bracket. The frame is patchy, top tube pretty rusty but other main tubes ok and rear triangle also in ok condition. Apparently the guy was quoted £150 to clean down and repaint the frame. Bottom bracket felt rough but headset ok...
