Bought a bike with an LX M569 chainset (the chainrings are all worn), is there somewhere you can still buy the outer rings new? My bike shop said they can't get them anymore and the whole chainset needs replacing. My other bike has an M739 too so a spare would be good. Cheers

Is it worth chancing s/h or would it be better to buy new low ends (Suntour XCR, RS Dart etc - even these will be better than most 90's forks right?). I need a 21cm tube which rules out most stuff on ebay and most of the higher end forks don't seem to have V-brake mounts either. What to do...

Bought a mid 90's saracen bike on ebay but I'm thinking the frame will probably be a bit too big. The spec is good, pretty much all XT so I'm hoping to get another frame (hopefully a Gary Fisher) and swap the lot over. Just wondering what to look for in a frame so as much as poss will fit...
