I am in the process of rebuilding a Manitou Three and found that the left skewer assembly has a small oil filled shock. Obviously this was an aftermarket upgrade. I wanted to see if anyone could tell me a little more info regarding this and whether or not it is worth keeping.

I would love to get my hands on a set of these for my mojo build. I am currently running the RM-1's but would like to try the "ibis bend" for obvious reasons. Thanks.
