Hi I have a late Tange Cr-Mo Tony Butterworth frame, possible from the late 90s. It has a Tange Double Butted Decal and 130mm spacing. I'm trying to work out the seatpost size. it's just a bit too small for a 27.2mm post, Tange frames on Sheldon Brown's database seem to be 27mm Any ideas...

I have a very small amount of play in my seatstay bolt on my Dynatech. Can the bolt be removed and a new bush fitted? It appears to be painted over, but has hex heads.

I just wondered if anybody had one of these. If so what seatpost is fitted? I have tried a 25.4 and it's too small, just rattles inside tube. A 26.8 is too big. I'm guessing a 26mm or something similar. 4130 Cr-Mo frame for reference.
