I am a Dawes wildcat owner, its been sitting in the cellar for some time - still work, just need to pump up tires and the chain slips on a cog somewhere... but still is a great ride. I have just turned 40 and bout a new MTB so I am selling my bike I bought when I was 15 (1987). its still working other than needs some TLC. only issue with ride is the slip once in a while I believe from the back cog and would cost £20 fitted my a pro shop so someone in the know would do it...
