I have put 2.1 Furious Fred tyres on my Clockwork. I didn't check before with 1.9s, but the front gear change now won't move enough to allow the chain to drop to the smallest cog. Is there a work around or is it a problem with the wider tyres I will have to live with.

Am I right, if I have slightly out of true wheels, I can right them by tweaking the spokes? I have one wheel which rubs the pad over 1" travel in one place on a rotation. How many spokes around the 1" will I need to tweak?

Everyone on line seems to want to sell multipacks or charge a fortune for post. I would like a pair of silver, black or orange bolts for my clockwork frame. Anyone got a split multipack and knows how much a stamp is?

OK, I have been scared by a few posts on here warning me not to use a QR on my clockwork. I need a barrel bolt? This is my clamp, is this a barrel bolt? One side is a nut, the other is a collar which has a round allen head bolt head in.

I have just bough a Clockwork. It has markings on the tyres which I am a little unsure of and indeed wonder if they are fitted correctly. Google throws up mixed messages. The following shows the tyres as fitted and the markings. Both fase the same way, and rotate forwards towards the word Front

Just bought a Orange Clockwork. Photos to follow. The current owner says "Frame no is an upside down V then 4032773" I presume this is a 1994 frame? Any links to original specs would be appreciated. Thanks

Overall, not bad. Warn cogs. Scratches and marks but no dents. Only non original part is the saddle I believe. I don't know what it is worth, so £150 collected from Chipping Norton? No idea if this is a good price. Hit me with offers. I can only say no!
