Cannondale M500, I was hoping to strip and polish it, maybe get hold of some pepperonis but I need to get some funds back to spend on the other bikes, what do people think is a fair price to ask?

I have aquired a Cannondale Lefty Max spv fork from 2006, I haven't had time to have a good look or service it yet but I did notice that the recoil strength knob on the top won't budge in either direction, might there be a problem and where's the best place to source spares for these? Thanks.

I'd really like a polished aluminium frame, is it ok strip and polish and leave it bare or will it require a coating of some description?

Finally finished cleaning her today, totally original right down to the tyres and innertubes although I can't take any credit as I was just lucky enough to find a near minter. I was going to lose the pedals but I can't stand to split up the groupset, the seat will have to go though.
