As above, re-greased the current one but the bearing cups are buggered. QR preferred but not essential and needs to take a 7 speed cassette.

As above really... 16 teeth sprocket with spaces for a 9 speed freehub, DMR tensioner and a chain to suit a 32 tooth chainring. Is £20 posted a bit steep? If so feel free to make me an offer. Will post pics later.
