Maillard hubs, Mavic Monthlery Route rims. Very little brake wear, true and bearings spin freely. You'd probably want to swap the Tubs out or at the very least re-glue them. I haven't really touched these so they need a clean but I've polished the section by the Mavic sticker to show you how...
