Need some single pivot side pulls with a recessed bolt fitting. Reach has to be 55mm. Was thinking about some Shimano 600's maybe. Something suitably retro for a CB Dalesman. £20-30?

I've had my frame drilled to take a recessed bolt so I could fit dual pivot side pulls, but now the brakes are pressing against the mudguard. Any suggestions or can I only use single pivot brakes? All dual pivots that I look at seem to dip in the middle below the brake mount. Here's a pic
