    Show Us Your Colner

I'll start with this fairly tired example, pics from 10 feet because the paint is pretty bad and the parts group is a mish mash. But it is straight and the rust is just a bit of surface.

Yes indeed, good eye. With the matching front mech and DT shifters, which work very well.

Dinner with Tony? Now that's memorable. And I agree, also looking for a Zeus frameset, low odds but who knows.

Thanks for the link, to be honest I had zero experience with Zeus until this bike came along, and I'm pleasantly surprised at how well this stuff works.

    Odd Benotto?

Thanks for checking, in my opinion not a top of the range fork.

Addendum: found some pedals which actually fit these cranks (14mm) and got out today for a shakedown ride. Very light and racy geometry, but also quite stable. Rides like a top shelf Italian steel bike, which I guess isn't surprising.

    Odd Benotto?

I would need to see a better image of the upper fork legs to tell whether they are pinched or not.

Stripped Crank Thread - Not Pedal Thread 🙁

Don't beat yourself up, I've done this (more than once).

Toxik Harald - Shop Closing Sale / Support

Sorry to hear this. Canada is leading the west in state-assisted suicide. Many of us are not on board with that.

    Odd Benotto?

3000 forks were generally chrome and had characteristic pinch marks near the crown, which many mistake for damage.

Have a good weekend with whatever retro thing you do.

Change of plans, someone local was giving away a large folder of Letraset transfers, which are pretty hard to find these days, and are handy for some of my ghetto decal jobs, so drove an hour to get them. Sort of retro, and a jackpot of about 50 sheets in various fonts.

Yup, just finishing up a slightly tired Colner in ye olde shoppe.

    1976 Crustnalgo Super - a project

Looking good so far, and I dig that saddle, you don't see Milremo stuff that often.

zg roslotto • Piotr Ugromov • Fondriest Framesets / Fork

Thanks, should have guessed, judging by how many brands were produced by them.

    Me and Adam Blythe

LOL, and I thought I was the only freak riding that kind of geometry.
