Definitely not from Hope, guess you'll need to get another hub and move parts over as needed

See if you can find the Hope caliper that attaches to the frame via the drop out. Then the clamp is two aluminium u-shapes that fit to the chainstay that connect to the caliper via a short metal tube fitted with adjustable olive-bolts (can't recall correct technical term for these at the...

As someone else said, that I echo, I had a Hope adapter on mine, it used a specific shortened axle Hope hub that slotted into it. The caliper was then part-secured via a short rod to the chainstays. This would be a rather expensive CNC exercise, on top of finding the caliper specific Hope hub...
