Not verboten lots were wearing them. Don't think I would wear one if I were to do it again though.

I am lucky that she is a VERY tolerant girl, but I try to treat her right. Plus I get so many compliments when we are out on the town which I make sure to use as leverage. I also give her pretty things and keep her bike running smooth.

Thanks Midlife! I grew it especially for L'Eroica and it has been a main stay ever since, and that was Oct 2012... Sometimes to the chagrin of that Beautiful lady next to me.

I am inclined to agree, my lady thinks that Vintage bikes are neat but I was the one finding and building the bikes. We did Eroica Italy and she loved it! (pushing her up the last few hills helped) In fact it was kind of her idea, I came away with an obsession she has some great memories.

Looks great, I would be a proud papa if it was mine!

No problem, Gboon, I would personally keep it. That is a very beautiful bike I would be proud to have it and ride it, Vintage steel bikes especially from a quality brand like Colnago are some of the best riding bikes out there if you ask me. Where did you get the bike from, if you don't mind...

WOW beautiful bike I suppose the bike is worth what someone will pay for it but it could be a very sought after bike. I would look on ebay completed/sold listings to get an idea of what similar bike have sold for. As far as year google the serial number under the bottom bracket shell there...

There are very few women but they are allowed. My Girlfriend and I did L'Eroica in 2012. There were a few other women on the course but not many. It was amazing and highly recommended good luck, so fun!
