paul certainly has a great personality. similar to the `i would have made this a lot better myself' on the fork paul used some artistic license to improve on the design of the rear cable bridge. i was going more for form over function, but i can live with this modification. :)

i don't think ML was big on standardization. i just looked at listing again, seller has added a picture with a tape measure. at least i don't recall it being there before. if we can assume tape is at top of seat tube then it is in fact a 20.5" frame. seller thinks it is made in usa as well...
