Agreed Keith - looking at a 1953 Hetchins catalogue Campagnolo front and rear ends were offered as an option for the princely sum of 18 shillings

Re: Re: Thank you - I picked the frame up pretty cheaply as back in the day they weren't going for much. I think it was re-painted by Argos and was always ear-marked for a fixed wheel. It was fun building it up and it's a bike I think looks great but more importantly rides really well

Thank you Holio - yes it's Shimano 600 on there for some reason but I will almost certainly go for Campy gears and possibly chainset although considering Williams or Stronglight
