This is a bit of a puzzle - head tube is exactly the same as an Major Nichols but apparently its not one its been labelled as a Rotrax but not that either... It is very old possibly 1960 or early 70's GB stem and handlebars 531 Steel frame in Chrome all over Size 22" from seat post to crank 23"...

Rotrax do use model names, from the 50s there's the Super Course, Concours, La Premiere and the Shirley. I don't think this is 50s though as yours appears to have a decal headbadge, they were metal through the 50s and 60s. If you can get the frame number and email it to Tim Maund at Rotrax he...

I have a 1951 Rotrax Reynolds 531 tubing bike for sale , I found it in my late uncles garage and it is in working condition but , could really benefit from a respray . Would make a very nice bike , or could be used as is . I am looking for around £150 . Photos on request to e mail address only.
