Hi If you are after a decent quality carbon post they don't come much better value than the Carboncycles eXotic. I wanted a good carbon post, but the big red logo on the side of the eXotic post didn’t do it for me. Other than that though it was perfect - ti bolts and a good shape for clamping...

Yep, I bought one from CRC and it is very good quality. Impressed with the satin finish and it is silky smooth turning. Can't advise on durability or longevity, but it looks pretty well made with an o-ring seal on the bottom to keep the crud out. The version I opted for is nice and light too...

Yep, I had a look too and couldn't see any 4 arm Middleburn spiders for square taper either. Chainreaction have quite a few Middleburn 5-bolt chainring sets, most with 20% or more off at the moment, which might be worth a look if you are after some good quality chainrings to go with these...
