Re: Thanks guys. It looks to me like its a 1994 as it seems they only made the tubing from 6061 T6 for that year, though the wheels are the same as the slightly newer bikes so maybe it was built later. Its far lighter than my modern Fuji I have and well worth the £100 I paid for it

Hi I have just aquired a GT Rage with 6061 T6 Tubing, with full 105sc groupset. I just wondered if any one knew the age or anything about them and how disirable they are these days. I was told it was one of the first road bikes GT made. Many thanks Tim
