    How about one of these. A secondary pivot to keep the top jockey close to the cogs. It’s shimano’s Huret copy, popular before indexing.

    Should take 35 mm. Cantilever were dia compe. I have a load of cantilever brakes, from mafac tandem or normal. Dia Compe, and the more low profile type of cantilever. And some magura fluid ones unused. Many years of cycling.

    130 mm back end. The spigots were put in for cantilever brakes, if need Vee brakes possibly reduce spacer depth. I can measure later , but that might give you an idea.
