It's a Serotta Ti stem, and a no-name titanium post I picked up second hand.

They're all 25's- the tubs do look a size larger than the clinchers, but it 's just how they sit on the rims.

Hah, "none of the above", it's 128mm, so you can use either a 126 or a 130, it's spent it's entire life to date with a 130 hub in there. I didn't actually know that "B" meant Criterium - thanks for confirming that.
