what do you guys think to this then? its a raleigh technium usa which the previous owner tells me he brought new in 1990 and only used it twice since then. the original tyres had perished so has some modern tyres on for now.

i think the early red criteriums had chrome forks and the later royal blue ones had colour coded forks. so could it be a red on painted black or a sprint with chrome forks?
