Did you try hot water and put a metal hammer to a steel screw inside the axle? The latter worked for my Hope Bulbs together with a Hope hub support which distributes the force nicely, I guess.

These are Hope O2, the open system version of early Hope brakes and much more difficult to find these days. You can tell from the "O" on the caliper btw.
