Re: Bike is ready,picking it up from LBS on my way to work tomorrow morning. LBS have set it up so the front mech will shift between 28/38 although the chainring bolts aren't narrow enough to remove the 48t......is it possible to get narrower chainring bolts?? I can't wait to take it for a ride.

Re: Your probably right there mattr. The only real reference point I had was my road bike which has a 12cm stem. The RSP stem on the diamondback is 11.5cm. I guess only time and a few decent rides will let me know if it's the right setup.

Lbs stocks the same hanger as the link I posted, fork mounted and at £7. Just been browsing on the 'Bay and seen stem mounted ones for as little as £3. I think what I'm going to do is spunk £10 on both of them and seen which I prefer. Thanks for your advice mattr, much appreciated!!
