On any bike I cobble together I always have the handlebars higher than the saddle. It looks like a comfort bike geometry is neccessary, but those are mostly aluminum framed and look kind of "special needs" in appearance.

Indeed... usually I'll try and find the biggest bike I can (which is not easy to do), largely out of neccessity (I'm 1.94m). Oversized bikes are quite rare around here.
