The derailleur is all kinds of deformed in the photo so hard to say. Identifying the shifters first, as they are pretty sharp, might help id the derailleur.

Get a long length of string and feed it into the frame. When an amount that is longer than the tube is in the frame get a vacuum hose over the exit hole and hopefully you can suck the string through the hole. Make sure you have hold of the other end!! Then tape the string to the cable and pull...
