Never seen that before either. A one-off prototype that never went into production? Seller is in Doncaster near where they are based (Rotherham) - a current or ex-employee, perhaps?
 
Curious to know what kind of person gets hold of a copper colour frame and decides it needs lime green wheels, a brown saddle and yellow bar tape... 🤮 Though to be fair the pedals look a decent match.

says on FB - This is a very unique bike a one of one prototype.
