Unknown Titanium MTB frame Brand

Please help me identify the posted bike. I bought used parts and built this titanium bike. I do not know the brand of frame. It is made around 1995-1997.
I could assemble with XTR900 set.

Agreed, nice build. What do the SN look like? That butted seat tube should be a clue.

Both Mongoose and Orange frames were produced in titanium by the A-Pro factory. Unlikely to be an Orange, but maybe a Mongoose?

The same drop outs were used by Sandvik. If there is a stamp made in USA under the bottom bracket then it's a Sandvik made frame for sure.
