Wanted M900 cantilever plastic spring covers

I imagine these would be quite easy to 3D print. although finding a medium with the best properties would involve a bit of experimentation.
These tended to tear at the pin hole as the tensioned spring cut through the plastic over time, it would be great to get some of these made with a tougher material. I'd be interested too if anyone knows a source.
