I have worked as HCA for many years and the reason why I asked was because if your mother was a SN, etc and you were sick a a child you had to be really sick before they would allow you to have a sick day off... They were hard lol...So I'm told

Your right! As a child of the 70's and 80's (not again!)...those cars which had been high fashion and of the moment did not age well in the 80's imo. But now I love most of them
I have to admit the earliest LC's are the nicest as by the time they got into the 80's I think they had rear spoilers, etc being added or other slight changes?
When the LC first came out its looks blew my tiny little mind.
