PW maybe. I'm sure someone will be along and tell us all about it.

Looks a good frame to my limited-experience eyes: pump-peg, chain hanger and adjusters on rear dropout aren't usually found on basic frames. Probably been repainted, the Campagnolo and Pro-Lite on the fork and ST aren't oriented conventionally (looks odd, wrong), I wonder if the non-drive-side is the same, a pity there's no photo of that. TEAM Reynolds on the DT, that could be a clue.

Quill stem, MA-4 rims, Campag h'set and 3t post look original so it was probably well-specced originally, the Veloce is obviously later, maybe indicating it had been relegated from being a main race machine.

I wonder what the seller's history is with this and how he acquired it.

I always enjoy trying to work out some of the story of these bikes.

Could it be AW? There's a shop in Reading under the name AW Cycles that was established in 1994, that's all I could find.

AW or OW are more likely having looked at the photo again and realised the front gear cable is what I thought was the downstroke of a P.
