I'm really struggling with this system. I am a private seller. Prior to this nonsense I would wrap an item, buy Royal Mail postage on 'Click and Drop', arrange for them to collect and bring a label. Dead simple. Simple.
Then I'd manually input the tracking numbers on the website - time consuming but something to do while the kettle is boiling / bath filling etc. Simple.
Now, I can't do any of that. Not simple.

I did mess one up this week though. I ended an item as a local “buyer” from FB marketplace wanted it. Usual story that they didn’t turn up. So I relisted on eBay thinking it would replicate exactly what I had listed but the cheeky gits revert back to EBay Evri shite.
Needless to say we are 4 days later and parcel isn’t anywhere near being delivered where as the RM48 ones I sent the same day are with their new owners. I’ve no doubt I’ll have grief coming.
I hate evri with a passion. No idea why people use them to save a quid.

It no longer allows me custom postage, it finally stopped the other day. I have to use one of their options.

I did manage to remove Evri in my settings.
My other gripe is with eBay adding collection onto every listing meaning I have to disable it every time.

That's correct, one of my accounts stopped two weeks ago, the other this week.
After another evening on customer support - you have to ask how to close your account before a person chats to you - I have been given long winded instructions on how to arrange collection. They assure me that RM bring a label as part of the service which is why there's no option to select that feature, it's included anyway. It still involves manual input and is harder than before, but at least my stuff should be collected on Monday.
