You need to take the fork out and lay it on a flat surface.
The bend will be apparent.
Forks can bend symmetrically, and sometimes this behaviour is due to repeated hard riding rather than a single event.
In some of these cases, the curve straightens out a little - this one does have a bit of that look.
You could get an image of the original fork and then overlay an image of this one to check the curve.
It's unwise to straighten a safety critical component and you can't fully know whether the original, 30 year old part is structurally adequate any more.
It certainly won't be as strong as when it was new, and that wasn't strong enough!
People do bend Forks straight though.
