I think that "Custom built" means made of 2 old bikes welded together!

The construction doesn’t actually look too bad, although there aren’t any close-ups of the welds. The dead give away of a cut-n-shut is the mis-match of cable routing though! Surely someone with the skill to fabricate this could have sorted the cable stops and guides as well?
