I don't know much about this Atala yet. It's from somewhere in the early 80's and equipped with Ofmega parts. The shifters and derailleurs are pink Ofmega Mistral's. The frame tubing is unknown for me, but the dropouts are from Gipiemme. Braking is delivered by Diacompe SVX's and the rims are...

I owned this Peugeot model in the late eighties/early nineties. I was given to me by my neighour. :) He didn't use the bike anymore. Nice to see some photos of this model again! The bike wasn't of high quality. At some point i even broke a rear brake mount on the frame while mountain biking...

I saw your bike (also a very nice one!) and it looks indeed a bit shorter. My bike has further differences with Super Sierra's i spotted on the internet. The fork crown is different and the cable guides on the bottom bracket are welded on the frame, while other ones have plastic guides.

I've been on the look for a Super Sierra for a while now, and i finally found a nice one. Originally, Super Sierra's were equipped with Shimano XT, but this early one has a mix from Suntour XC9000 and various Shimano parts. Overall it's in a very good shape with it's shiny black chrome...
