Haven't been able to figure out too much about this recent find. It's a Concorde 'Colombo' and tubing is Tretubi Aelle. It's a total blast. Any guesses on the vintage?

Looking for a Zipp 515 front wheel (mmmmaybe interested in a set) - or any other cool carbon 26 rim brake wheels (something with spokes please). Thanks!!
