My main concern now is keeping the 6 speed Uniglide freehub in good shape. I turned up a 17 tooth rear cog To replace one with a couple broken teeth. Some of these parts are getting hard to find, but most have been fine.

Yeah tough color match with the smoke finish and all. Ive been commuting on it a lot. I recently did a re-cable and put on bullhorn bars.

Thought I’d share my 1988 Diamondback axis. I bought it new and never got rid of it Just ordered a crank set with non Biopace chainrings off EBay. The fork was replaced in 1991 after a night time BMX track mishap.
